Hang Up
End voice calls politely, including silence and max-duration limits from voice templates
Hang Up
Hang Up ends an active voice call. The agent can invoke it when the conversation is finished, and optional timers end idle or long calls automatically.
Template starter (hang_up_call)
When you create an agent from a voice template, Taliiq creates (or reuses) a Hang Up tool named hang_up_call and attaches it to the agent.
| Setting | Default |
|---|---|
| Silence timeout | 30 seconds → goodbye → end |
| Max duration | 15 minutes → goodbye → end |
| Goodbye fields | Short instructions (speak in the agent's language) — not fixed Arabic/English copy |
Chat-only and API-only templates do not get this starter. Agents created without a template are unchanged.
A second agent from any voice template in the same organization reuses the existing hang_up_call tool (one shared tool, many agents). Edit it under Build → Tools.
Manual setup
You can also create Hang Up under Build → Tools → Hang Up, set silence / max-duration flags, and attach it on the agent Actions tab.
