Browse and assign voices to agents
The Voice Library lists TTS voices available to your organization — platform voices and provider-connected catalogs.
Assign a voice to an agent
Open Build → Voice Library and preview voices filtered by language.
On the agent Voice tab, select the text-to-speech voice.
Test pronunciation in Agent Console before deploy.
For API-created agents, set voice_id to the catalog voice ID.
Extra voices may require Integrations for your organization.
Arabic-native voices are first-class — choose dialect in the agent wizard to match STT/TTS language settings.
